Located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, Tørst (Danish for “thirst”) is an internationally renowned craft beverage destination with deep Scandinavian roots. Founded in 2013 by Danish master brewer Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø of Evil Twin Brewing, the bar pairs Nordic-inspired minimalist design with a world-class drink menu featuring 21 rotating draft lines, over 200 curated bottles, plus fine wines and craft cocktails.
